Strained ligaments and tendon inflammation.

To see several things:
Cold compresses help local complaints
Give background loops for a while to heal a little time, then again with a much smaller weight.
A constrictive band (like tennis players wear tennis elbow) may be required for some time,
The great coach to get a close look at his technique. If you are a lot of lifting, is done, the problem worse.

It may have been injured and when he wakes up back injuries, because he can not fully heal. Or you can do something wrong when you are lifted (weight lifting too quickly, so that in the wrong angle and injuries)

So, my advice to make a break for a week or two financial arms. If it hurts again after to ensure that they lead their exercises correctly. When you visit a doctor then would be the best choice.

It is very likely to tendinitis. Take it easy for a few days, you might also want to visit your local sporting good and there is a nylon sheath that can be purchased which provides a certain resistance of the hamstrings during the work available.

I think the tendon / ligaments in the elbow is overloaded. You can try to continue to grow lighter weight of the tendons and ligaments are ready for more.

to .. Maybe because you are lifting too much, or is it done too often. Maybe you have to do it quickly. Slowly, lift more weight with less effort probably correct.

Sounds like tendonitus. You probably have players or tennis elbow. If you do a lot of loops, which is a good way to get it.

Maybe you have to choose a weight that their joints can not handle, or if we lift the weights in a bad angle. Otherwise, I would like to see a physiotherapist or doctor.
